QUICKJOBFINDER.NET WEBSITE AND SERVICE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Quickjobfinder.net (“Quickjobfinder.net”, “We” or “Us”) own and are responsible for the Quickjobfinder.net website (“Site”) and the products and services (“Services”) offered through the Site. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes as a service to its visitors and users. USE OF THE SITE

You may only view, download, and print materials from the Site, subject to the following conditions:

– The materials may be used only for personal, non­commercial, and informational purposes;

– The materials cannot be modified or redistributed; and

– You may not modify or remove any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials or on any copies of the materials.

You may use our Services only if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and can form a binding contract with Quickjobfinder.net, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Services by anyone under 18 is prohibited and in violation of this Agreement.

The Services are not available to any Users previously removed from accessing the Services by Quickjobfinder.net.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then

– “you” includes you and that entity, and

– you represent and warrant that you are an authorised representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity’s behalf.


SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We send exclusive career alert and career advice to users who have registered on our site and opted in to receive SMS career alerts.
  • Users can subscribe to our career alerts notifications services while registering an account through the website or changing your notifications preferences in the account settings.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 38785. When we receive a "STOP" message, we will send one last confirmation SMS to confirm the subscription status post which no more SMS messages will be sent.

     

    • For more information, just text "HELP" to 38785. When we receive a “HELP” message, we will provide instructions on how to use this service and how to unsubscribe.

       

      • Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile.

         

        • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages.

         

        • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received. You will receive Up to 7 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
